Our allergy action plan does not have the same wording. What do I do?
For each allergen, select the reactivity that is closest to your action plan. A draft of the allergy action plan will then be generated and can be edited by you to ensure that the plan matches that given to you by your child’s Doctor.
Can I add a note to the plan?
If you would like to add an additional piece of information, you can do that by editing the plan on the final step of plan creation, or you can edit the plan after it is created.
To edit the draft of the plan, enter all required information and click “Done”. When asked if this plan matches the Dr.’s plan, select “No, edit.”
To edit the plan, left swipe (iOS) or click and hold (android) next to your child’s name on the “My Kids” tab. Select the edit icon (pencil). If there are no changes to the initial data, click Done. When asked if this matches the Dr.’s plan, select “No,edit”.
You will then be able to edit the plan or add a note to ensure the plan matches your existing action plan.
